Royal Wolf implements new customer portal enhancing customer relations

Royal Wolf, Australasia’s largest provider of shipping containers for sale and hire, has implemented a new, innovative customer portal for account holders, demonstrating their commitment to providing first-class service.

Neil Littlewood, Royal Wolf’s Chief Executive Officer, believes the new portal is a game-changer and a great way to differentiate Royal Wolf from its competitors in market:

“This new portal will really change the way account holders work with us. Innovation is at the heart of our business, and this new platform is another example of Royal Wolf listening to our customers and providing solutions that improve their experience.”

In-demand features for the customer include the ability to update account information, change payment methods, make secure credit card payments, add new users and access statements and invoices. The portal also offers visibility of containers currently on hire and the ability to request quotes for new container hires.

The platform was introduced in response to Royal Wolf’s customers’ need for a seamless, efficient and easily accessible online program to manage their accounts.

Viv Kennelly, Executive General Manager - National Accounts at Royal Wolf says, “The new customer portal allows greater visibility with ease of access to information, online payment options and ability to order equipment, all of which are essential needs for our customers.”

The development builds on the success of Royal Wolf’s outstanding achievements in August 2019, having been recognised as an ABA100 winner for New Product Innovation and an ABA100 winner for Technology Innovation.
